DMCA Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-24

TrannyCumPorn.com (“we”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content accessible on or from our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notification in accordance with this policy.

Important: Content Aggregator Disclaimer

TrannyCumPorn.com is a third-party content aggregator. We do not host, upload, produce, store, or distribute any video files. All videos displayed on our Site are embedded from external hosting platforms (such as xHamster and similar services). The actual video files are stored on and served by those third-party platforms.

We therefore respectfully suggest that copyright complaints be directed first to the original hosting platform, which has the technical ability to remove the source file. Nonetheless, we will remove or disable the embed on our Site upon receiving a valid DMCA notice as described below.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification to [email protected] containing the following information (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (a description and, if possible, a URL to the original work).
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the full URL(s) on our Site (e.g., https://trannycumporn.com/video/NNNN/) where the material appears. A screenshot is helpful.
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  5. A statement of accuracy and authority: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response Time

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Upon verification of a valid takedown, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify you of the action taken.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email. A valid counter-notification must contain:

  • Identification of the material removed and its former location (URL).
  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access, in appropriate circumstances, for users or accounts (including embed sources) that are repeat infringers.

False Claims Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please do not file false claims.
